Vincent Loechner was born in 1970 in Strasbourg, France. He received his "Doctorat d'Informatique" (Ph.D.) from the Université Louis Pasteur in Dec. 1997. He is engaged in research on automatic parallelization and performance optimization techniques. He is in charge of developping and maintaining the Polyhedral Library (see below).
